Real Estate Hedge Funds Investing In International Real Estate As An Inflation Hedge?

Investing in International Real Estate as an inflation hedge? - real estate hedge funds

Has anyone suggestions for a fund or ETF that invests in international real estate business in countries with stronger growth, for example, Asia or Latin America? Your investment horizon of 5-10 years, and I'm happy for an investment that does not correlate with American values and a hedge against inflation and a falling dollar.

With regard to the financing of an International REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust). Foreign equities, including REITs, have a positive correlation with U.S. stocks. This is not a perfect correlation, and you can get diversification by investing some of their money abroad to be able to. All we are looking for a quick return on investment, which is correlated with U.S. equities, but no one has found a good time. I warn you that REITs are highly volatile. The possibility exists that they will lose money in the next 5-10 years. Be sure to diversify into other things.

I can also mention benefits for all foreign stocks by the falling dollar, you should consider leading FTSE All-World ex U.S. Index Fund Mutual Fund. This allows for better diversification and lower volatility of the pure REIT fund.

I propose to cover 20-40% of the equity investment in foreign equities, including REITs. Fidelity has an international REIT fund. See the link below.
