New plaster on kitchen ceiling? do i use normal emulsion watered down to seal ie not kitchen emulsion paint ? - kitchen paint colors

I) a new board (high-and gypsum. If I am a normal emulsion seal? 50/50 of course, water, or should I paint the royal kitchen, where making a difference, I bought the picture in the kitchen (white) through the roof? Can someone light into the darkness on the subject, thank you Theis.

Diluted I am a painter and decorator, 50/50 and U should use paint to seal the emulsion diluted with water to thin paint then two coats of emulsion from the first layer of the emulsion must be set, with a maximum of 10%, Walter and the second layer just before .. Hope this helps

Is it really or is it) drywall plaster with a thin layer of mud or texture of drywall (joint compound. A good quality latex primer should work well, probably with both hands, because it is new (which is absorbed rapidly and irregularly). Then do two coats on the ceiling paint.
